How can I find out the price of a stay?

To find out the price of a stay, you can consult the availability calendars available on each accommodation page and choose the dates that suit you.

Please note that the prices shown, for example “from €150/night,” are indicative and may vary depending on the number of people and the season.

How can I find out about accommodation availability?

As with rates, you can check the availability of each accommodation using the calendar on each accommodation page.

If you want to find a cabin for a specific date, you can also filter your search by date when you arrive on our website using this search bar.

What are the payment methods?

Book your cabin or other unusual accommodation online by completing the booking form with your details and making a secure payment by credit card only.

Transactions are guaranteed to be 100% secure with Banque Populaire's 3D Secure technology.

Do you accept vacation vouchers?

Sorry, the Les Cabanes dans les Arbres network is not currently a partner of the Chèque Vacances system.

Do you accept reservations with certain gift boxes (Wonderbox, Smartbox)?

Sorry, we do not accept reservations made with gift boxes such as Wonderbox or Smartbox at this time.

How can I contact the property where I made my reservation?

After completing your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes containing the estate's contact details. If you do not receive this email within the next hour, please check your spam folder.

Gift card

How do gift cards work?

Choose the model you like from our gift shop. Enter your contact details and those of the recipient, and leave a personal message. You can then choose the amount you wish to put on the gift card

The gift card is personalized and has a unique code. The recipient of the gift card can choose a stay anywhere on the website. It can be used once or several times. Its value is deducted from the total amount payable once you have chosen your stay.

Can we offer a night without specifying a date of stay?

Yes, it's entirely possible and a great idea for various occasions such as birthdays, weddings, Valentine's Day, and much more. You can find out more about our gift cards by following this link.

Who receives the gift card?

The gift card will be sent exclusively by email to the address of the person giving the gift.

You can then transfer it to the recipient or print it out to give to them in person. Ideally, please provide two email addresses: yours to receive the gift card and the recipient's to use when booking their stay. If you do not know the recipient's email address, you can enter yours twice.

Is the gift card sent by email or by post?

You will receive the gift card by email automatically within 15 minutes of your purchase.

Can options be booked with a gift card?

Gift cards are only valid for the amount of the nights booked, as options cannot be paid for on our website, but rather upon arrival at the property. If the property agrees, we allow manual validation of the remaining balance.

How long is a gift card valid for?

Gift cards remain valid for one year. It is important to note that this means you have one year to make your reservation on our website. However, the date of your stay may be after the expiration date of your gift card.

Can the validity period of a gift card be extended?

You can extend the validity of your gift card by sending us a request by email, along with your gift card details (name, voucher number). Please note that a €25 administration fee will be charged for each additional year of extension.

What is the temperature of a spa?

Spas are generally heated all year round between 35°C and 38°C depending on the season.

Are the spas open and accessible all year round?

Spas are open all year round, and are often even more popular in winter!

Are the spas private?

Yes, when the accommodation has the “private spa” icon. In addition, some estates have a spa in a communal area, which you can reserve for private use for a session lasting one hour or one and a half hours. Here you will find a complete list of cabins equipped with a spa.

What are the differences between a spa, a jacuzzi, and a Nordic bath?

“Spa” is a versatile word that can refer to a wellness pool or an entire facility dedicated to relaxation, such as a treatment center or balneotherapy center.

You can select options when making your reservation on our website, but payment for these options must be made upon arrival at the estate.

Can I add or remove options after making my reservation?

Cancellation

How long after making my reservation can I cancel it?

You have 48 hours after making your reservation on our website to cancel your reservation free of charge. If you decide to cancel your reservation outside of our call center's opening hours, please send us an email to contact@les-cabanes-dans-les-arbres.com without waiting for our opening hours.

What happens after these 48 hours?

Beyond these 48 hours, the general terms and conditions of each estate apply. You can consult them before finalizing your reservation or contact the estate directly using the contact details sent in the reservation confirmation email.
