With a total interior area of 20 square meters and an 8 square meter terrace, the property accommodates up to six adults with two double beds and two single beds. The route to Baron Perché is a scenic 20‑minute walk along ancient tree avenues and woodland paths, revealing the estate’s pastoral character and building excitement as you approach the two cabins perched at the forest edge. The structure’s layout functions both as an observatory for photographers and nature lovers and as a playful multi‑room option for families who want separate sleeping spaces while sharing communal terrace time for meals and evening conversation. Like all accommodations at the domaine, Baron Perché operates off‑grid: there is no mains electricity or potable water; LED lamps and candles provide light, and a dry toilet is installed within the cabin. Hot showers and shared sanitary facilities are available at the domaine entrance. A small paraffin heater is available in winter (November 1 to March 31). The cabin is roughly 900 meters from the parking area and is best accessed on foot to preserve the quiet environment. Practical aspects to consider include a minimum age policy for certain areas of the estate and a prohibition on pets to protect local fauna. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented; breakfast is delivered to your treehouse each morning.
