The private heated spa is perfect for evenings under the stars; it is maintained with environmentally friendly filtration — please rinse in the shower before entering and avoid body products that could harm the system. Dining options enhance your stay: opt for a romantic welcome in the cabin with floral decoration, chilled champagne and foie gras, choose the caviar apéritif, or compose a périgourdin meal from local specialties prepared by trusted producers. For deeper relaxation, schedule a massage with an experienced therapist offering Ayurvedic and Thai reflexology techniques. Massages can be delivered in your cabin or outdoors, depending on weather and preference. Chestnut Cabin is also a gateway to local attractions. Walk the estate’s marked trails or take longer regional hikes to prehistoric sites, gardens and picturesque villages. The property is private and unfenced; guests should respect the tranquility of the neighborhood by limiting movement around their cabin. A €500 card imprint is required at arrival as a security deposit; pets are not allowed. Check-in runs from 17:00 to 19:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Until 2012, Audrey and Vincent lived in the Paris region. They decided to swap their city life for a quieter life on the family estate, in the heart of Périgord's most historically rich region. Nestled in the valleys surrounding the multi-millenary site of Les Eyzies, they welcome you to the heart of a gentle, welcoming natural environment. Along the way, you'll discover unspoilt villages, many of them classified as "one of the most beautiful villages in France", fortified castles that bear witness to the times when the kings of France and England fortified their estates, romantic ruins and the peaceful Vézère and Dordogne rivers that irrigate the region.

With a diploma in Ayurvedic massage and Thai foot reflexology, she has been practicing them for 20 years. Alone in the middle of the woods, it's up to you to concoct your own meal from among all the delicious specialities available in your cabin. Our products are lovingly made locally by the Kuster family (gold medal winners at the Concours Agricole), without additives or preservatives. As for our ice creams, they're made in Le Bugue by a craftsman who works the old-fashioned way, using spring water, organic milk and real fruit.
We guarantee you healthy, tasty products from free-range geese and ducks raised the old-fashioned way: fed on their own farm produce, without GMOs.
Discover in your cabin a selection of their best products, each more tempting than the last. And depending on your mood and the weather, you can choose between garlic tourin or duck rillettes with foie gras, accompanied by magret with peaches or goose stew with porcini mushrooms... and a choice of 6 flavors of ice cream.
