The treehouse sits 4 meters above ground on stilts, featuring 48 m² of comfortable living space and an expansive 70 m² ground-level terrace. Designed for up to four guests, it blends rustic charm with modern comfort: two bedrooms including a master suite with a walk-in shower, a mezzanine with two single beds, air conditioning, and a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove and a fully equipped kitchen. A dedicated leisure room on the ground floor provides additional flexibility with a TV, fitness equipment, a sofa bed and a massage table, ideal for wellness breaks or family stays. Guests can enjoy both privacy and attentive hospitality. The hosts created the cabin to share an immersive nature experience, focusing on relaxation and well-being. They welcome guests discreetly or in person, according to preference. Practical details are straightforward: check-in begins at 15:00 (arrivals accepted until 19:00), and check-out is by 12:00. Same-day reservations close at 11:00. Pets are not allowed. Location and access are convenient: from Paris take the A6 then A77, exit 19 (Gien/Boismorand). After the exit follow signs to Boismorand, drive into the village and follow the indicated turns to 18 Allée des Chevreuils. The nearest train station is Nogent-sur-Vernisson, reachable by train from Paris Bercy toward Nevers; the station is about 8 km from the cabin and taxis are available (contact: +33 6 50 76 28 80). Local attractions include the Canal de Briare, Gien faience and château, Château de la Bussière, Sully-sur-Loire, Rogny-les-Sept-Écluses and the vineyards of Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé (about 40 minutes). Walks in the woods, around the 2 lakes, idleness, Briare Canal, Gien earthenware factory and château, Château de la Bussière, Sully sur Loire, Rogny les Sept Ecluses, Lorris, Sancerre and Pouilly fumé vineyards (40 minutes).
