Nestled in the walnut groves of a family organic farm, Il n'y a qu'à Banne invites you to slow down and enjoy authentic Périgord life. Our property offers two charming treehouses and a comfortable gîte, all thoughtfully designed for relaxation and easy access to the Dordogne's best attractions. Perched among oak branches or tucked by the orchard, each accommodation offers a large terrace with garden furniture, a plancha for outdoor cooking, and panoramic views over walnut trees cultivated by Séverine. The hosts, Séverine and Sébastien, welcome guests with genuine hospitality and share local knowledge, farm tastings and workshops on request. Sustainability and local craft are central to the experience. Séverine is an organic nut grower and beekeeper: you can taste her amber Périgord honey and walnut products in the on-site shop. Guests can order breakfast delivered to the treehouse pulley, composed largely of farm-made and organic items: homemade jam, fresh bread and pastries from the nearby bakery, yogurts, fruit and the farm's honey. For relaxed evenings, choose a prepared apéro or meal basket assembled from regional specialties—foie gras, rillettes, duck confit, Bergerac wines and artisanal beers—delivered at the requested time. On the property you will enjoy a 12 m x 6 m shared pool, a playground area with trampoline and lawn games, and walking routes starting at the gates (including the Garaube circuit). Golfers have the Château Les Merles course nearby. For day trips, Bergerac, Lalinde and the vineyards of Pécharmant are within 15 to 30 minutes. Canoeing, abbeys, and castle visits are all easy day trips. Practical information: arrivals for the treehouses are between 16:00 and 19:00; arrival for the gîte is between 17:00 and 20:00. Beds are made on arrival; towels and sheets are provided. Minimum stays apply seasonally: two nights generally, three nights on long weekends, and seven nights in July and August for certain accommodations. Pets are not accepted. Bookings close at 12:00 on the day of arrival. Whether you seek romance, family time, or a quiet base to explore the Périgord pourpre, Il n'y a qu'à Banne combines farm life, comfort and discovery.

Séverine
You are welcomed on the property of Séverine and Sébastien, and their two sons Jules and Pierre. Séverine is a farmer, more precisely a nucicultrice (in bio), that is to say that she cultivates walnut trees (on which you will have an impregnable view since the huts and of which she transforms the walnuts into oil or caramelized kernels). But she is also a beekeeper: thanks to her colonies of bees, she produces a magnificently amber and perfumed Périgord honey. A store selling local products, a tasting tour of the property, a farm snack, a wax workshop and a guided tour of Clérans are all available on site!

For evenings out with friends or family, we offer aperitif and meal baskets for 2 or 4/5. They are made from local produce available in the store. You can also compose your own basket by choosing products on the spot! Rillettes de canard, foie gras, cassoulet or confit de canard, Bergerac wines or craft beers, there's something for every palate!
Breakfast is optional, and costs €10 per person. It consists largely of home-made organic products prepared by Séverine using products from the farm: hot drinks, home-made organic apple juice, home-made organic jams, honey from our apiary, yoghurts, fresh bread and pastries, fresh fruit. It is delivered at the desired time to the cabin's pulley.
Bread and pastries come from the nearby bakery (2km).
Breakfast must be booked the day before and will be delivered to the hut's pulley between 8 and 10 a.m. at your convenience, or to the gîte.
For your aperitifs or gourmet meals, we can prepare baskets of preserved duck from the Domaine de Barbe and wines from the Domaine du Siorac, delivered to the pulley. We'll send you a list on request.
The excellent gourmet restaurant Château Les Merles is close by (less than 1km by car). Other restaurants are available in the surrounding area (Les Marronniers in Lanquais - terroir and lovely terrace, Le Relais in Saint Sauveur, ). We can make reservations for you if you wish.
For simpler meals, Happy'zza makes great takeaway pizzas, and our Saint Capraise baker offers breads, pastries and egg rolls to order.
