The cabin is professionally insulated and heated to ensure a comfortable stay in every season. Arrivals are scheduled between 17:00 and 18:00 with checkout at 11:00. Please inform hosts Aurélie and Franck Mandrick in case of late arrival. For the comfort of all guests, the property enforces a peaceful atmosphere; vehicles are parked in a dedicated lot near reception. La Mandrélie provides bed linen and towels, but because bedspreads and curtains are of premium quality, any stains or damage will incur a cleaning or replacement fee. A unique benefit of the Grand Oak Cabin is the exclusive availability of the "Nuit de Rêve" package, a curated romantic night experience that can include champagne, gourmet treats, and enhanced in-cabin amenities. The cabin also supports many of La Mandrélie’s other dining options: terroir tasting baskets, surprise hampers, charcuterie or cheese boards, vegetarian platters, romantic evening packs, and bespoke brunches. All extras can be reserved in advance and paid on-site. While enjoying your private spa and sauna, take time to visit La Mandrélie’s outdoor pool area at sunset for a peaceful moment by the water. The surrounding Dordogne region offers easy access to canoeing on the Dordogne River, historic towns like Sarlat, and notable heritage sites including the caves of Lascaux, the Gouffre de Padirac, and several nearby châteaux such as Monbazillac and Castelnaud. Please note the property is adults only and does not accept pets. Same-day bookings close at 14:00.
