Nestled on the two-hectare woodland property, this cabin offers a true escape into the Périgord Vert landscape. From your cabin you step directly into the forest, where marked trails invite you to explore the biodiversity of Dordogne. The cabin is lit by solar lamps provided in the welcome kit, supporting low-impact evenings and a gentle connection to natural rhythms. Practical comfort is combined with sustainable systems: water is treated by phytoepuration, and toilets are dry to minimize environmental impact. Towels, a welcome map, and a booklet with site information are supplied on arrival. Wi-Fi is available at reception for essential connectivity, but the forest setting encourages guests to unplug and enjoy outdoor activities. For meal options, the cabin benefits from the site’s self-service evening selection called "kitchen in jars" featuring local Dordogne conserves; a communal kitchen at reception is available for guests who prefer to prepare their own meals. Breakfast of local produce can be ordered on arrival and served between 08:00 and 10:00 for a small fee. The Forest Cabin suits couples, solo travellers, and small families who appreciate nature-based holidays. Children are welcome but remain under parental supervision. Pets are not accepted and the domain is strictly non-smoking. Practical arrival times are between 14:00 and 19:00 from April to September; early arrival from 14:00 is suggested during hot weather, and earlier check-ins can be arranged by phone.
