Nestled on 17 hectares of Mediterranean countryside just 20 minutes from Carcassonne, Trésors de Campagne offers an authentic escape into nature with six sustainable wooden cabins, each equipped with a private spa and breathtaking views of the Pyrenees and the Château de Villarzel. The estate is family-run by Florence Vimal du Monteil and her family, who combine agricultural expertise with hospitality to create a unique agro-ecological experience. Our permaculture garden and organic vegetable production supply the restaurant and many of the cabin meal options, reflecting our commitment to sustainability and local food. Guests enjoy included breakfast, quality linens and towels, and complimentary access to our secluded pool (11 m x 5 m) from May to September. The domain is ideal for romantic weekends — choose one of our romantic packages with champagne, chocolates, and rose petals — or for family escapes where children can meet ponies and other farm animals. For those seeking activity, we offer guided horse rides with Camille, a qualified equestrian instructor, pony discovery sessions for children, and beautifully marked hiking routes that reveal panoramic views of the surrounding oak forests and Mediterranean fields. On-site dining centers around locally produced, organic ingredients. Options include terroir meal plates, gourmet dinner baskets (land or sea), vegetarian menus, picnic-style platters, and special celebration packages. Many services require 48 hours advance notice and are payable on site. Whether you come for relaxation in your private spa, reconnecting with family, or exploring historic sites like the Cité de Carcassonne and Cathar castles nearby, Trésors de Campagne delivers a restorative, responsible stay in Occitanie. Our unusual accommodation, restaurant and equestrian center are located on a 17-hectare agro-ecological estate, Trésors de campagne, surrounded by wild landscapes. Our vegetables are grown on the farm using sustainable methods, and we process our own organic produce: jams, syrups, preserves...

For the more adventurous, the estate abounds with hikes, starting with the botanical/permaculture garden. We'll be delighted to tell you all about the various walks starting from the cabins, and to reveal our "secret corners" with breathtaking views of the Pyrenees mountain range.
