The Hearth Cabin is tailored to food lovers and guests who appreciate authentic farm-to-table experiences. Built from sustainably sourced wood, the cabin features a private spa terrace and easy access to the estate’s permaculture garden and on-site restaurant. Our culinary offerings emphasize organic ingredients grown and transformed on the farm, from jams and syrups to seasonal vegetables. Included breakfast showcases our homemade preserves and freshly prepared dishes. For lunch or dinner, select from curated options such as the terroir platter for two, gourmet dinner baskets (land or sea), and vegetarian choices. Wine is included with many dinner packages, reflecting our desire to offer full, satisfying meals on-site. Special culinary packages such as “Le Grand Jeu” combine dinner, champagne, flowers, and chocolates for a memorable celebration. Beyond dining, guests can stroll through the ecological gardens, join a farm tour, or unwind in the private spa. The property pool is available to guests from May through September. For active moments, book a duo horse ride or a pony session for children; these activities must be reserved in advance. The Hearth Cabin balances gastronomic pleasure with responsible hospitality, making it an excellent choice for couples, small groups, and food-curious travelers. Standard check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 and check-out before 11:00. Please reserve additional services at least 48 hours prior to arrival and note that pets are not accepted on site.

A family business, we are farmers by profession and work with our children.
Our unusual accommodation, restaurant and equestrian center are located on a 17-hectare agro-ecological estate, Trésors de campagne, surrounded by wild landscapes. Our vegetables are grown on the farm using sustainable methods, and we process our own organic produce: jams, syrups, preserves...
Nestled in the midst of nature, come and discover Trésors de campagne! The surrounding oak forests and meadows provide the ideal backdrop for an immersion in the Mediterranean countryside.

Our daughter Camille, who has a passion for (and a diploma in) horse-riding, offers a variety of workshops in the equestrian facilities close to the estate:

For the more adventurous, the estate abounds with hikes, starting with the botanical/permaculture garden. We'll be delighted to tell you all about the various walks starting from the cabins, and to reveal our "secret corners" with breathtaking views of the Pyrenees mountain range.
But also in the surrounding area: discover the city of Carcassonne, the Abbaye de St Hilaire, the Cathar castles...
