La Grande Noë is a 130-hectare family estate tucked into the rolling landscapes of the Parc du Perche, offering an original and sustainable way to reconnect with nature: comfortable treehouse accommodation for couples, families and small groups. Elevated from 4 to 16 metres above ground, our nine treehouses are set apart to guarantee privacy and quiet. Some sit in the château park, others hover above organic fields where local wildlife and flora flourish.
Each treehouse has been designed for comfort and authenticity. Luggage is carried up by stairs or via secure walkways. In keeping with our rustic charm and eco-friendly choices, toilets in the cabins are dry and separate; shared heated showers and toilets have been sensitively fitted in a restored 17th-century henhouse. Candlelight lends a gentle atmosphere in the evening while practical touches such as lamps, bottled water and made beds with warm duvets make the stay comfortable. We provide towels and toiletries at the washrooms; guests should bring a charged mobile phone for safety and convenience.
Dining is a simple pleasure here. A homemade breakfast is included and delivered in a basket to be hoisted up to your terrace by pulley around 08:30. On prior request (at least three days in advance) we prepare picnic baskets and evening meals using fresh, seasonal local products. Local drinks, cheeses and child-friendly menus are available. Guests may also bring their own picnic; please bring your own crockery and a bin bag.
On-site activities include pétanque, ping-pong, archery for children, baby-foot, a small farm area and outdoor games. Our FilO'Parc aerial net course offers 1h30 of no-harness tree-top fun and our family escape game, the Arche aux Enigmes, provides a playful challenge for groups. These two activities require reservation and are paid, although one of them is complimentary for stays of two nights or more.
Practical information: arrivals are between 15:00 and 19:00 (late arrivals possible by prior arrangement), first access to cabins follows a safety briefing at 16:30, and check-out is by 11:00 although guests may enjoy the estate during the day.
