Perched inside a bicentennial oak, the three-level Oak Family Treehouse at La Grande Noë is our flagship experience for families and groups seeking an unforgettable stay in the Perche. This unique single-tree construction is designed to welcome up to nine guests across three interconnected levels, offering a layered, immersive treehouse experience that feels like living within a living giant. The Oak Family Treehouse combines rustic charm with practical comfort. The structure is accessed via secure stairs and internal platforms that connect the levels. Each floor provides intimate living spaces while the top-level terrace opens to panoramic views across the château park and neighbouring organic fields. Candlelight evenings create a warm, authentic atmosphere, and practical amenities include dry toilets within the cabin complex and access to heated showers and toilets in the restored 17th-century henhouse. Every morning a homemade breakfast is delivered and hoisted to your terrace in a basket, allowing the family to start the day together among the branches. For evening dining, order one of our locally made meals or picnic baskets prepared with seasonal ingredients; ordering at least three days in advance ensures the best selection of fresh products. We also offer snacks, cheese plates and beverages sourced from the region. Children will love the adventure of being high in the tree, and the estate provides safe activities like the FilO'Parc aerial net playground, a family escape game, archery for young ones, petting farm animals and outdoor games. FilO'Parc and the Arche aux Enigmes require booking and are paid activities, though one is offered free for stays of two nights or more. Practicalities: arrival between 15:00 and 19:00 with a first safety briefing at 16:30; cabins are accessed after that briefing. We provide lamps, bottled water, made beds with warm duvets and towels and toiletries at the shared washrooms. Please bring a charged mobile phone. The Oak Family Treehouse is ideal for multi-generational gatherings, milestone celebrations or simply sharing slow, memorable days high in the trees.

Our cabins are far from each other to guarantee you peace and quiet. They are surrounded by organic crops, which allows the fauna and flora to flourish. Our cabins are perfect for a romantic moment, but also with family or friends: our largest family cabin on three levels (terrace at 14m) in a single tree is unique in France, and can accommodate 8 adults + a child between 2 and 10 years.
A pétanque court invites fans of this traditional game to compete in a warm and entertaining atmosphere.

You're also welcome to bring your own picnic: just bring your own crockery and a rubbish bag. We also have a wide choice of restaurants in the area, a list of which is available on request.
Your breakfast, included in your overnight stay, will consist of a hot drink of your choice, croissants and fresh bread with butter and jam, and juice from our organic apples. It will be delivered to you in the morning at around 8:30 a.m., in a basket that you will hoist onto the terrace.
